HBAQ now offers Illinois Quality Assurance Builder Standards. An industry approved set of standards adopted through the home builders association of Illinois. Only members of an Illinois Home Builders Association are eligible to offer the program. Ask the builder or call HBAQ to verify a builders participation. |
The Home Builders Association of Quincy is a locally governed non-profit organization. Membership is comprised of new home builders, remodelers and any businesses that supply materials or services for the home construction process.
Our membership represents those associated with the building industry who have chosen to adhere to the code of ethics of the National Association of Home Builders and the standards of the Illinois Quality Assurance program.
The Home Builders Association of Quincy benefits our members, as well as residents of Quincy and the surrounding areas. Local businesses, government and charitable bodies benefit from the Association activities.
