The HBAQ Charity House project gave everyone in the housing industry an opportunity to join forces to make a difference in our community. The home was built through a team effort of HBAQ builder members. Many of the materials were donated by associate members. The 1218 sq ft three bedroom home will be auctioned to the highest bidder.
A portion of the proceeds will be put back into the community in the form of donations to charities such as Habitat for Humanity and Camp Callahan.
The building site is located at 701 Lind in Quincy. The plan is a one story, 1218 Sq ft home with 3 bedrooms, an open floor plan, walk-in closet and front porch.
